The Commission on Elections — Mountain Province, officially the Office of the Provincial Election Supervisor (OPES) of Mountain Province, is the field office of the COMELEC responsible for the administration and supervision of elections and related processes within Mountain Province, Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).

Located in Bontoc, the provincial capital, the office oversees all voter registration activities, candidate filing, election management, and post-election processes across the 10 municipalities and 144 barangays of Mountain Province.
The COMELEC Mountain Province works in close coordination with Municipal Election Officers, local government units, the Philippine National Police — Mountain Province Police Provincial Office (MPPPO), the Philippine Army, and the Department of Education to ensure the peaceful, honest, and credible conduct of elections.
